• Review of bow hunting authorization & discussion on making it permanent
• Future of the HOA & EasyHOA software for management
• Results of “Keep or Dissolve the HOA” survey (currently 50/50 split)
• Open mic for resident opinions & motions to amend governing documents
• 2026 HOA budget & dues discussion ($75/year, possible increase)
• Volunteer positions needed: Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Forest & Wildlife Management
